03Student Responsibilities

  • Students must use the platform respectfully and follow workshop rules and instructions.
  • Students are responsible for reviewing workshop details before enrolling or making a payment.
  • Students must not copy, share, resell, record, or distribute workshop materials without permission.
  • Any misuse of workshops, trainer content, or platform features may result in account restrictions or removal.

04Trainer Responsibilities

  • Trainers must provide accurate workshop titles, descriptions, schedules, prices, and requirements.
  • Trainers are responsible for delivering workshops as described and treating students professionally.
  • Trainers must not upload misleading, harmful, illegal, or inappropriate content.
  • Aalemni may review, edit, unpublish, or remove workshop listings that violate these Terms or platform standards.

05Payments, Fees, and Payouts

  • Students must pay the required workshop price through Aalemni's approved payment methods.
  • Aalemni may charge service fees, commissions, or platform fees on workshop transactions.
  • Trainer earnings and payouts are managed through Aalemni's dashboard and payout process.
  • Aalemni may delay, reject, or review payments or payouts if there is suspected fraud, a dispute, a refund request, or a policy violation.

06Refunds and Cancellations

  • Refunds are reviewed based on the workshop status, payment record, trainer delivery, and the reason for the request.
  • Students may request a refund if a workshop is not delivered as described or if there is a valid issue with the service.
  • Trainers may be contacted to respond to refund-related issues.
  • Aalemni reserves the right to approve or reject refund requests based on the available information.

07Community Rules

  • Aalemni is intended to be a respectful learning environment.
  • Users must not harass, threaten, discriminate against, abuse, impersonate, spam, scam, or harm other users.
  • Violations may result in warnings, restricted access, suspension, or permanent account removal.

08Content and Intellectual Property

  • Trainers keep ownership of the workshop materials they create, unless otherwise agreed.
  • By publishing content on Aalemni, trainers allow Aalemni to host, display, promote, and deliver that content through the platform.
  • Students may use workshop materials for personal learning only.
  • Users may not copy, reproduce, sell, upload elsewhere, or distribute platform content without permission.

09Platform Availability

  • We do not guarantee that the platform will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.
