How to create an Aalemni account

To create an Aalemni account, click on the 'Sign In' button on the top right corner of the homepage. Click on 'Sign Up' in the login page. Fill in your details including your name, email address, and password. After submitting the form, you'll receive a confirmation email. Click the link in the email to verify your account and you're all set to start learning!

How to enroll in a workshop

To enroll in a workshop, first create an Aalemni account. Then, browse the available workshops and select the one you're interested in. Click the 'Enroll' button on the workshop page and follow the prompts to complete your enrollment.

How live online sessions work

Live online sessions are conducted via any video conferencing platform. Once you enroll in a workshop, you'll be able to access all its modules and lessons. Each lesson (if in person) will have an address or (if online) a link to join the session.

How in-person lessons are scheduled

In-person lessons are scheduled by the instructor and communicated through your dashboard. You can find the location, date, and time of each in-person session in your workshop details. Make sure to arrive on time and bring any necessary materials as specified by the instructor.

How to become an instructor

To become an instructor, You must create a new account as an instructor. Fill out your profile, submit your credentials. And start teaching!

How to create a workshop with modules and lessons

After your instructor account is created, In your dashboard page, you can find the 'Create workshop' section. Add modules and lessons, and set your schedule before publishing.

How the 20% commission works

Aalemni takes a 20% commission from each workshop sale. Your earnings are calculated automatically and can be tracked in your instructor dashboard.

Accepted payment methods

Currently we only accept payments through Whish platform.

When your payment is confirmed

Payments are confirmed instantly. You will receive an email receipt and your workshop access will be unlocked immediately.

Refund eligibility and timing

Refunds are available before the start date of the workshop. To request a refund, contact our support team with your order details. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.

I can’t join a live session

Check your internet connection and ensure you are logged in. If the issue persists, try refreshing the page or using a different browser.

I can’t access my workshop content

Verify that you are enrolled and logged in. If you still can't access content, clear your browser cache or contact support.
